Description
Kettlebell Focus – 60 minute class utilising kettlebells and bodyweight exercises for a very efficient workout. Classes vary every time so you’ll never know exactly what’s coming. Some classes will be more strength focused some more endurance focused, it never gets dull!
Short Focus – 30 minute Focus class sticking to the basics. Ideal If you’ve just done your induction or if you’ve taken a break and need a reintroduction to class.
StrengthFit- A strength and conditioning circuit utilizing a range of equipment including kettlebells, sandbags, barbells, slam balls and more!
Kettlebell Core and Stretch -Half hour using kettlebells to increase our range of motion, challenge our core, enhance stability and improve recovery.
Cancellations on the day incurs a full charge.
Cancellations prior to the day will incur a £1.00 cancellation fee.
