Inductions must be booked before joining our classes. 

We run many classes, workouts, and circuits throughout the week. You can find them all below!

*All classes are Kettlebell Workouts unless otherwise stated.

Description

Cancellations on the day incurs a full charge.

Cancellations prior to the day will incur a £1.00 cancellation fee.

Our classes vary and you can find a short description below.

Kettlebells Plus

Circuit utilising a range of equipment including kettlebells, sandbags, trap bars, barbells, slam balls, and more. This class stays the same for 6 weeks so you can see your progress easily. There are no jumping jacks or running on the spot here!


Kettlebell Workout (1hr)

One hour-long class utilising kettlebells and body weight.


Kettlebell 50/50

Hour-long class, half-hour kettlebell workout hour stretch using the kettlebells to increase our range of motion and enhance the recovery.


30 Min Classes (Stretch / Circuit / Workout)

Shorter 30 minute classes dedicated to some of our favourites.
